Job Summary
Turner & Townsend Group is seeking an exceptional Project Controls Manager to join our Defence team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and embedding process changes for performance and reporting across high-profile infrastructure projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be on driving performance reporting and project controls process improvements for efficiency and client benefits. You will work closely with project teams to develop performance management plans, select and implement performance reporting systems, and lead project controls professionals to deliver accurate and timely performance information to clients.

  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks to meet project objectives.
  • Drive performance reporting and project controls process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and team member potential.
  • Select and implement performance reporting systems and procedures.
  • Lead project controls professionals to deliver accurate and timely performance information to clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in project controls and performance reporting. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project controls and performance reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project controls software and data analysis tools.
