We are working with a well-established timber supply and engineering business in the north west of England, seeking an experienced Roof Truss Designer to join their team.

About the Role
  • Design and estimate roof trusses and joists for a range of customers, including housebuilders, timber frame manufacturers, and self-build clients.
  • Utilize Mitek Pamir software to create accurate designs and quotes.
  • Work independently in a home-based setting, with regular online meetings and monthly team meetings in person.
  • Earn a salary of £35-45,000 depending on experience, with benefits including 25 days holiday, Bank Holidays, and auto-enrolment into a pension scheme.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Roof Truss Designer or Joist Designer.
  • Ability to provide accurate quotes and designs.
  • Familiarity with the varied requirements of different customers.
  • Knowledge of Mitek Pamir software.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely.
