We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team at Brandon James Ltd, a reputable regional law firm based in the UK. The successful candidate will be joining our Employment Team and will be responsible for handling a range of matters, including advising corporate clients and working with the Head of Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling a range of matters, including advising corporate clients and working with the Head of Department
  • Supervising junior fee earners and performing fee-earning work to target
  • Developing new clients for themselves and others
  • Working with the Head of Department to handle their case load and have exposure to the partners from time to time

Requirements

  • 10+ years PQE
  • Experience of medium to large corporate clients
  • Counselling plus non-contentious experience essential
  • High attention to detail
  • Team management
  • Strong technical skill
