Training and PPE Specialist

A competitive salary of £40,000.00 per year is offered for this role in the UK.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of working at height and fall protection product training courses throughout the country, including Horizontal and Vertical Latchways installer training, as well as Confined Space training.
This job requires frequent travel and overnight stays to meet customer needs. You must have a strong working drive and be keen on developing within your role to produce first-class results in a fast-paced, growing department.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver end-user training courses on safe use of fall protection systems, both horizontal & vertical, rescue from height, rooftop safety – both basic & advanced, and ladder training and inspection.
- Design and deliver training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs or manage this activity via an external provider.
- Organise training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
- Develop and implement appropriate method statements and risk assessments to ensure the safe delivery of the courses for both self, delegates & third parties.
- Actively promote our training offering and additional business services to our customer base.
