The Role

As a Joinery Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for visiting approximately 3-4 sites per day across London, dealing with on-site queries and reporting back to head office. The types of projects include high-end hotels, heritage, listed building jobs, and new build apartments with values ranging from £250k-£3m.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage multiple high-end carpentry and joinery projects simultaneously.
  2. Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
  3. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  4. Collaborate with the head office team to ensure seamless project delivery.
  5. Travel between sites daily/weekly to ensure effective project management.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience working in high-end carpentry and joinery.
  2. Background in subcontracting or project management.
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Construction-related degree or qualifications.
  5. Willingness to travel extensively throughout London.
