About the Role

As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines. Your primary responsibility will be to work as part of a team to maintain established housekeeping, Health & Safety, and Quality Standards. You will also be expected to support continuous improvement activities and contribute to the achievement of our company goals.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team on a rotational shift pattern. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality products and a commitment to working safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

* Work as part of a team to maintain established housekeeping, Health & Safety, and Quality Standards
* Support continuous improvement activities and contribute to the achievement of company goals
* Work on a rotational shift pattern, including early morning and evening shifts
* Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in the workplace

Requirements

* Experience of working in a busy FMCG environment as part of a team
* Ability to work on structured shift patterns
* Passion for delivering high-quality products and commitment to working safely and efficiently
