Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a GBV Charter Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of the GBV Charter in universities and colleges across Scotland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of gender-based violence, trauma-informed practices, and client confidentiality. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with external partners and stakeholders.

About the Role

The GBV Charter Officer will be responsible for supporting the roll-out and implementation of the Charter, helping charter institutions improve their policies, practices, and procedures in relation to GBV prevention, intervention, and support.

Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, providing regular updates and guidance to charter institutions, and maintaining a system to overview project dates/deadlines.
