Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our team at Northgate Vehicle Hire. As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services to our customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on light commercial vehicles
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and industry developments to maintain expertise

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Technician or Mechanic qualification
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a broad mix of work, including servicing, general maintenance, warranty work, and recalls
  • Strong technical skills and ability to solve problems quickly and safely
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
