Business Development Liaison

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic professional to join our London-based business management consultancy.
As a Business Development Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients. Your key responsibility will be to regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas and opportunities for improvement.
This is a hybrid role, with approximately three days in the office. You may be required to travel into London to meet with clients where necessary.
Main Responsibilities:- Understand client business goals, challenges, and operational processes to provide tailored advice and solutions.
- Ensure client business needs and concerns are communicated to the relevant teams.
- Provide timely updates on product enhancements, relevant industry trends, and regulatory changes to various clients.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new clients and ensure a smooth transition and adoption of our software solutions.
- Prepare quarterly business reviews for clients.
- Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and resources to help clients maximise the use of our products.
- Experience within a financial services industry in a client-facing role.
- A passion for building long-lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing clients' needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you can expect an estimated salary of £62,500 per annum. This is an initial 6-month contract with the expectation to be taken on a permanent basis.
