Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Cleaner to join our team at Sodexo in the Bristol & Bath area. As a Mobile Cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services to create a safe and healthy environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on the details and complete a list of scheduled cleaning tasks to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize a company vehicle and fuel card to visit different sites and carry out scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed within given timescales.
  • Communicate effectively with various teams, people, and clients to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all areas of an office, including kitchens, toilets, and communal areas, are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
  • Replenish stock and consumables, such as toilet tissue and hand gels, as needed.
  • Promote health and safety practices and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed.
  • Team player with a willingness to take instruction and work collaboratively.
