Job Description

Optimise Recruitment is seeking a skilled Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee electrical teams and coordinate daily activities on large commercial projects in Leeds and Nottingham.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory role, a recognised electrical qualification, and a valid CSCS/Skill/JIB Card & SSSTS or SMSTS.

The Role:

  • Supervise electrical teams and coordinate daily activities on large commercial projects.
  • Work with contractors to complete projects on time and to budget.
  • Write and submit daily activity reports to the project manager.
  • Ensure compliance with Electrical Operational Procedures, safe working practices, and Health & Safety procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the Dc Power Teams.
  • Coordinate and complete site audits and follow-up actions.
  • Assist project managers with health & safety inspections in work areas.
  • Report to the Project Manager.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role overseeing electrical installations on robust M&E projects.
  • Recognised electrical qualification.
  • Valid CSCS/Skill/JIB Card & SSSTS or SMSTS.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and monitoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
