  • Strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to support and develop social media campaigns as part of broader marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft high-quality social copy in native-level German.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools for scheduling, moderation, and analytics.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and social advertising is a plus.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
