About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Ecologist to join our South West Ecology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert ecological advice and guidance to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on project management and delivery, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and support junior ecologists, promoting their professional development and growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Contribute to the development of our ecology team, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ecological research and best practices, applying this knowledge to our projects and services.
