Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our UK sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-class customer service and sales support to Gabriel's customers primarily in the UK.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a strong global brand that has a leading market position. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by handling inquiries and servicing customers via email and phone.
- Support the UK sales team by handling customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of delivery reliability, sales development, and prices.
- Perform general sales administrative tasks such as registering and following up on customer orders in the ERP system, price agreements, etc.
- Ensure the showroom is presentable and always ready to welcome guests.
- Welcome visitors, perform small presentations in the showroom, and follow up on showroom events.
- Maintain the CRM system up to date.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluent English language skills, both written and oral.
- Good IT skills in the MS Office suite and preferably in the use of ERP systems.
- Knowledge of transport logistics and order processing is an advantage.
As a key ambassador for Gabriel, you will work closely with architects, designers, and dealers to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
