About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Fleet Sales Manager to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of fleet van sales across a designated region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Create and implement effective strategies to enhance fleet van sales within the assigned territory.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet Sales Targets and KPIs: Achieve the required sales target and related KPIs within a 12-month period.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Retail Teams: Work closely with the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to identify opportunities for all product and services via sales.
  • Enhance Company Image and Reputation: Contribute to the enhancement of the company's image and reputation while supporting its commercial interests.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Market Trends: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and an understanding of total costs of ownership and funding options.
  • Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Skills: Possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels.
  • Professional Presentation Skills: Be a professional presenter who will be asked to share in presenting at regional sales and dealership meetings.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Have the ability to find new customers and increase the customer database.
  • Capital Equipment Sales Experience: Previous experience in selling or renting capital equipment to key local fleets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the Van industry.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Possess a full UK driving licence, as regular regional travel is a core component of the role.
