Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI Innovation Leader


About the Role


Venchr is partnering with a pioneering company in London that's revolutionizing Generative AI innovation. This fast-growing organization is leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver transformative solutions across industries. We're seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive their AI strategy and lead the technical team as they continue to scale.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute the AI and tech strategy, focusing on Generative AI innovation.
  • Build and lead a world-class engineering and AI team.
  • Oversee AI product innovation and ensure the development of scalable, reliable solutions.
  • Stay ahead of AI trends, incorporating new technologies into product development.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align technology with business goals.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technical leadership role focused on AI/ML.
  • Expertise in Generative AI, Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and AI architecture.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and business alignment skills.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
