Paragon Skills is seeking an Apprenticeships Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and learning to early years/childcare apprentices, inspiring success and driving exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching and learning to early years/childcare apprentices, using our sophisticated LMS system to monitor progress.
  • Managing a caseload of learners, providing individualized support and guidance to meet their unique needs.
  • Building strong relationships with employer partners to promote effective partnerships and maximize opportunities for learners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum of Level 3 Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1).
  • Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS, CET, Cert Ed, PGCE).
  • Level 3 or 5 qualifications within the Early Years/Childcare sector.
