Professional Sales Coordinator

We are seeking ambitious and resilient individuals with sales experience to join our dynamic office environment in Nottingham.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career-driven professionals looking to start their careers as a Recruitment Coordinator in the temp market.
The ideal candidate will have a knack for sales, enjoy helping others succeed, and possess strong IT skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Posting job adverts on various job boards
- Actively searching for candidates online
- Reviewing and calling candidates to discuss relevant positions and their work history
- Managing candidate compliance, registrations, and formatting CVs
- Arranging and preparing for interviews
- Providing after-care for candidates and clients
The estimated salary range is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum plus commission.
Our standard working hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm & Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.
