About the Role:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Team Member to join our team at Next. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online customers receive perfect products by accurately processing stock, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process stock quickly and accurately, including locating, packing, and transferring stock in and out of store
- Meet deadlines to deliver products to customers on time
- Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized
- Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service
- Work as part of the store team, reporting to a Coordinator or Manager
About You:
We're looking for someone who is a great communicator, friendly, calm, and efficient, even on busy days. You'll be accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail. You'll take pride in your work and approach tasks with energy, pace, and dedication. You'll be happy to work independently and keep yourself busy to achieve performance targets. You'll be flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and customers.
