Stirling Warrington Careers is seeking an experienced Elevator Maintenance Technician to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of elevators in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain your own elevator service route to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee a lift engineer's assistant to guarantee that works are carried out correctly and efficiently.
  • Attend elevator breakdowns and perform planned servicing and maintenance work to minimize downtime.
  • Deliver exceptional service and PPM work at customer sites, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers to maximize first-time fix rates and optimize elevator performance.
  • Maintain a professional image at all times, representing Stirling Warrington Careers as an ambassador on site.
  • Travel throughout the coverage area to provide services to our valued customers.

Requirements:

  • A NVQ Level 3 qualification in Lift Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a Lift Service or Maintenance Engineer position, with a proven track record of success.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as J Modules, demonstrating expertise in elevator maintenance and repair.
  • Proficiency in fault finding, diagnosis, and repair on passenger and goods lifts, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
