Aviation Coordinator

Our client, an Oil and Gas Operator, is seeking an experienced Aviation Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in maintaining passenger records with relevant certification, such as medical and survival training, on the Vantage POB system.
  2. Liaise with companies involved in current operations to maintain rotas and bookings for offshore personnel through Vantage POB system.
  3. Book onshore accommodation and travel as required for personnel and assist with other personnel as needed.
  4. Coordinate offshore shuttling requirements in conjunction with Aviation.
  5. Liaise directly with the helicopter operator regarding the accuracy of information and agree on Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
  6. Ensure adherence by all passengers to helicopter policies, working in conjunction with the Helicopter provider.
  7. Contribute to preparation for future aviation operations.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience of logistics support to the offshore Oil and Gas industry.
  2. Comprehensive understanding of aviation operations processes.
  3. Strong user of Excel and experience in SAP RLM/MM/PS modules.
  4. Offshore experience and up-to-date certification desirable but not essential.
