About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Care Assistant with Home Instead Cleveland. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care that meets each individual's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
- Assist clients with household chores, meal preparation, and domestic duties.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.

Requirements
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Experience working with vulnerable adults or elderly individuals (desirable).
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Physical ability to perform care tasks, including manual handling and mobility assistance.
- Full UK driving license (essential for this role).
