Ashbys Consulting, a renowned UK housebuilder, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a major multi-phase development in Hertfordshire, encompassing 1000+ units. The successful candidate will join a commercial team focused on delivering high-quality new homes across the country.
About the Role:- As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of large-scale construction projects.
- You will work closely with the Commercial Manager, Assistant, and Commercial Administrator to ensure smooth project delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience working in a major housebuilding environment, preferably leading similar major projects. A strong understanding of quantity surveying principles, commercial acumen, and excellent leadership skills are essential for this role.
What We Offer:- A competitive, negotiable salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, reflecting your expertise and experience.
