Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at EG Group. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of baristas to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Assist with beverage preparation, store maintenance, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and motivate others to achieve goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
