Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Compliance and Improvement Assistant to join our team at Campden BRI. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in quality management and administration, while making a valuable contribution to our operations team.


About the Job

You will be responsible for coordinating quality management systems, including monitoring performance metrics, investigating and closing actions, and conducting local procedure audits.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate quality management systems and processes.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, including PT scheme performance in Microbiology.
  • Investigate and close actions related to Microbiology.
  • Administer document review and audit processes to ensure compliance with schedules.
  • Liaise with clients to collect feedback on service levels and collate information from non-conforming work reports.
  • Instigate investigations and corrective action planning in respect of non-conforming work and complaints.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in quality management and administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Working Conditions
