Supporting Children's Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a school in Mildenhall. As a key member of the staff, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Additional Support: You will work closely with individual students, providing them with the additional support they need to reach their full potential.
- Support Teachers: Collaborate with classroom teachers to deliver lessons and activities, ensuring a smooth and effective learning process.
- Maintain a Positive Environment: Help maintain a calm and organized learning environment, promoting a sense of well-being among students.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with teachers, parents/carers, and other members of the school community.
- Patient and Understanding Approach: A patient and understanding attitude towards students, helping them build confidence and overcome challenges.
- Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others, sharing ideas and expertise to achieve common goals.
