In this capacity, you will be tasked with enhancing the S&OP process through a structured maturity matrix and ensuring its effective integration within the organization.

This role is ideal for candidates with a solid history of successfully executing S&OP/SIOP processes in a manufacturing or distribution context.



Key Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Operations Manager include:
• Organizing and executing the SIOP cycle through a systematic schedule of meetings and milestones, producing outputs for regular monthly reviews.
• Balancing material supply, capacity, and inventory to meet demand requirements, while mitigating risks and preventing excess stock – identifying gaps as necessary.
• Creating, monitoring, and supporting relevant KPIs to enhance the SIOP process, making these visible through Power BI dashboards or similar tools.
• Specifically pinpointing the levers to activate in order to achieve the plan while meeting revenue, direct material, and cash flow targets.
• Supporting the Make Vs Buy strategy.

• Collaborating closely with the PMO team from the early stages of a license lifecycle to balance supply and demand through any license or business transition, with the goal of supporting continuity of supply to the customer base.

• Continuously seeking opportunities to refine processes within the SIOP framework.


Candidate Profile for the Supply Chain Operations Manager:

• Proven experience in successfully implementing S&OP/SIOP processes within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Ability to gather and analyze data, providing insightful recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of financial drivers and the ability to interpret financial data.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Exposure to leadership roles.
