Procurement Manager

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our Finance & Legal team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our Purchasing team, you will be responsible for defining category & sourcing strategies, planning, managing, and delivering against negotiation plans to support contract formation for all sourcing activities. You will work closely with the Purchasing Team Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that all contracts are sourced and approved in accordance with company policies and procedures.
As a Procurement Manager, you will play a critical role in unlocking the value and opportunities presented through our established UK and Ireland Regional Sourcing Committee. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from our sister brands, such as Bentley, Porsche GB, MAN, and Scania, to develop and implement sourcing strategies that drive business value.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in Procurement, with experience in managing indirect spend and multiple complex projects. You will also need to be analytical, with a keen eye for detail and strong commercial acumen. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders to influence decisions and maximize value generation for the business.
