Key Responsibilities:- Lead Public Affairs Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive public affairs strategy targeting key social issues to drive impactful change in public awareness and policy.
- Government Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for government engagement, building and strengthening relationships with key policymakers to advance our charitable objectives.
- Digital Campaigns: Oversee impactful digital campaigns to elevate awareness and support for our cause, ensuring a cohesive public affairs presence.
- Team Management: Line manage two Public Affairs Officers, providing guidance and ensuring team goals align with our strategic public affairs objectives.

- Past Experience: Established record of successfully influencing public policy and contributing to high-level public debates to drive meaningful change.
- Leadership Skills: Skilled in team management, with experience leading and supporting teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Communication Abilities: Strong communication abilities, adept at conveying complex information clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
