Artwork Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Artwork Manager to join our team at MARKJAMES SEARCH LTD. As an Artwork Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end artwork process, ensuring efficiency, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Artwork projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Artwork agencies and stakeholders to identify project scope and review packaging artwork for completeness.
  • Lead decision-making calls for artwork sign-off and escalate issues related to assets, approvals, and product sample requirements.
  • Chair and lead weekly Design and Artwork coordination meetings, providing clear next steps and ensuring effective communication.
  • Support vendor calls and pre-Artwork meetings as needed, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Manage the handover of Artwork assets for Detail Page creation, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience managing numerous Artwork projects from start to completion.
  • Background working with Artwork agencies and client-facing experience.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  • Calm, tactful communication style with a positive, can-do attitude.

This is an initial 8-month contract that will be reviewed and extended on a 6-monthly cycle, for up to 2 years. Our client has a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in the London office (Shoreditch) 3 days per week. Our client offers an excellent remuneration package and excellent career progression prospects.
