We are seeking an exceptional Lancôme Solo Counter Manager to join our team in Wakefield. As a key ambassador for the brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with customers.

• Provide personalized skincare consultations and make-up services to customers, using your expertise to recommend products that meet their unique needs.
• Sell Lancôme products by sharing key benefits and features, highlighting the unique value proposition of our iconic products such as our Number Advanced Genifique Serum.
• Meet and greet prospective customers, demonstrating empathy and product knowledge to create a memorable experience.
• Approach customers proactively to provide exceptional customer experience, sharing your knowledge and educating them about our Beauty Tech.
• Deliver exceptional service, achieve retail targets, and drive business growth as the sole Lancôme ambassador on the counter.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, offering ideas to strengthen the team and business.
