About the Role

We are seeking multiple Senior Full Stack Developers to join our growing in-house team at Big Red Recruitment. Our high-availability client is looking for someone to support the business while they focus on fulfilling customer briefs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of SCRUM team members known for their excellent work ethic.
  • Work in Safe Agile methodology to guide forward projects and day-to-day requirements within different business sections focusing on operations and business systems.
  • Drive forward the internal Development team while liaising with external third-party support.
  • Oversee and guide both Front End and Back End Developers, with a hands-on element to operations.
  • Ensure user stories are translated into technical deliveries and refinements are cascaded.
Requirements
  • Strong Java development skills.
  • Experience using and discussing Front End design.
  • React experience (desirable).
  • Full experience of software development lifecycle.
  • Previous Senior position within a team (desired).
  • Working within a high-availability environment (desired).
  • Azure/Azure DevOps understanding.
  • Experience using Docker/Kubernetes/Helm (desired).
