We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the role of Destination Pub Leader at The Golden Ball in Longton. As a Destination Pub Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with local suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and staff training.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of £55,000 - £75,000, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a generous percentage of sales as well as a quarterly performance bonus.

The Golden Ball is a thriving destination pub located in the heart of Longton village. Our living accommodation is of excellent quality, with a great outside space featuring a teepee and suntrap.
