Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Plant Mechanic to join our team in Aylesbury. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring all equipment and machinery operate efficiently and at full capacity.

About the Role
  • Maintain and repair blow moulding machines, extrusion equipment, and associated production machinery to maximize uptime and minimize downtime.
  • Perform planned and preventative maintenance tasks on plant and works services within scope of training.
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork and maintenance logs are completed accurately and in accordance with company procedure.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and eager individual with a solid multi-skill engineering background. You will have experience working with manufacturing, automotive, or ex-forces/aviation industries. We offer comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out repairs on machines as part of breakdown or preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with quality, hygiene, and food safety policies.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably required by supervision and consistent with job purpose.
