Warehouse Supervisor

Brightwork Ltd is a leading recruitment agency, and we are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our client's team in West Lothian. This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in warehouse management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the maturation teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements. They will also be responsible for reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs), training, developing, and coaching staff.

• Manage day-to-day activities of maturation teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements
• Review maturation KPIs regularly
• Training, development, and coaching of staff

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Experience within a warehouse environment, preferably in the handling of whisky
• Strong stock control and GMP knowledge
• Precious experience in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of IT systems including DRAMs, DRAMScan, and Flowlog
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
