Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and take drinks orders with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Make recommendations and prepare exquisite drinks to the highest standards.
  • Supervise barbacks and ensure all drink legislation, food safety, and hygiene best practices are upheld.

Requirements

  • Have the knowledge and skills to create exquisite cocktails.
  • Be confident handling financial transactions and providing excellent customer service.
