Job Overview:

Ladgov is hiring a Psychological Performance Enhancement Professional to support the well-being of our airmen. In this role, you will observe and participate in squadron activities to identify psychosocial stressors and barriers to optimal human performance. Your goal will be to develop and implement initiatives to mitigate risks and optimize airmen performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify psychosocial stressors and barriers to optimal human performance through observation and participation in squadron activities.
  2. Develop and implement initiatives to mitigate psychosocial stressors and risks and optimize airmen performance.
  3. Conduct psych diagnostic assessments and provide evidence-based psychotherapy to airmen.
  4. Collaborate with medical professionals and military leaders to provide guidance and consultation services and facilitate referrals to military or community-based human service agencies and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Valid license to practice clinical social work independently in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S Virgin Islands.
  • Active clinical privileges at the host MTF. MUST maintain active clinical privileges for the duration of employment.
  • Recent experience practicing as an independent licensed clinical social worker.
  • Ongoing Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
