We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Professional to join our team at a small, high needs primary school specializing in supporting young children with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to nurturing vulnerable young learners and creating a secure, trusting learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to primary-aged pupils with additional needs, adapting your approach to meet their emotional, social, and academic development.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to implement individualized learning and support plans, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with primary-aged children with SEN in an educational setting, demonstrating patience, resilience, and adaptability.
  • A strong understanding of the importance of building trust and fostering meaningful relationships with young, vulnerable pupils.
