Window Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Window Installer to join our team at G M Windows & Doors Ltd, a successful and rapidly expanding Installer of Windows and Doors based in Bolton, Manchester.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the window industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a 'Customer First' mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Installation of windows and doors, including Aluminium and UPVC products
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high-quality service to clients
- Working as part of a team to achieve business objectives
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Substantial experience in the window industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A 'Customer First' mindset and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet business objectives
- Full, clean driving licence and comfortable driving vans
- Hourly rate of £15 per hour for experienced fitters or £12.50 an hour for a fitters mate
- Vehicles and fuel cards provided by the business
G M Windows & Doors Ltd is a small, professional, and experienced team specialising in Domestic projects, including full houses of Windows, Composite Doors, PVC Doors, French Doors, Patio doors, bi-folding doors, glass replacement, and aluminium products.
