As Executive Director and Director of Development, you will be responsible for securing resources to support the school's mission and provide high-quality education to students in the Chester community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to achieve annual revenue goals of $600,000.
- Cultivate and steward major donors, securing gifts of $20,000 or more.
- Manage and develop Foundation staff, leading recruitment and professional development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors and school leadership to advance the Foundation's mission.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of financial obligations and utilize efficient tools for accurate fund management.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive development leadership experience.
- Proven track record in fundraising, financial oversight, and strategic planning in a nonprofit setting.
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills with familiarity with nonprofit financial systems and operations.
- Demonstrable commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Interest/experience in education or other nonprofit organizations serving diverse communities.
A competitive salary of $120,000, plus benefits in alignment with industry standards.
