Operational Team Lead

Toro Recruitment is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee the safe and compliant operations of a waste-to-energy plant in East Anglia. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation and commissioning of the plant. Your primary duties will include managing site and company safety protocols, overseeing day-to-day operations, and supervising shift personnel to maintain efficient and safe operations. Key qualifications include an engineering qualification, strong understanding of mechanical or electrical systems, and previous experience in a supervisory role. Additional desirable qualifications include IOSH Managing Safely certification, knowledge of Safe Isolation and Electrical Safety protocols, and experience with Working at Height (WAH) or Confined Space Management.
