Senior Support Worker

**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Midsomer Norton. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs to gain independence in their daily lives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service
* Allocate shifts, book training, and induct new colleagues
* Support with supervision, ordering medication, and ensuring individuals manage their finances
* Help colleagues grow in confidence and individuals achieve their goals
