About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Clinical Audit and Effectiveness Team as a Clinical Outcomes Officer. The successful candidate will support the Outcomes Department with data collection, ensuring high standards and meeting national commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple databases, input data into the National Joint Registry, PROMS databases, and Amplitude Registries, ensuring accuracy.
  • Visit patients to provide information on NJR, PROMS, and Amplitude Registries, and provide non-clinical advice on their care.
  • Chase up consultants, registrars, anaesthetists, and theatre staff regarding missing data, answer NJR queries, and problem-solve.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks on the National Joint Registry and the National Joint Registry edit stack to ensure > 95% data quality annually.
