Job Summary:
The Collective Network is seeking an experienced Senior Test Technician to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising a small group of technicians and conducting testing and commissioning of products. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading company in the automotive sector and contribute to the development of cutting-edge equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of test technicians
- Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of products
- Develop and implement testing protocols in collaboration with engineers
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues

Requirements:
- Strong electronics understanding and experience with wiring
- Ability to work from engineering drawings
- Experience working within manufacturing/assembly environments

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £35k - £43k per annum
- Performance-based bonus
- 4-day week (37.5 hour minimum) Monday - Wednesday 7am - 5pm and Thursday 7am - 4:30pm
- Opportunity to work overtime
- Annual bonus
