We're looking for a passionate and positive individual to join our Front of House team as a Porter. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure with their luggage.
- Provide courteous and efficient service, ensuring guest needs are met promptly.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide brief information about hotel and spa facilities.
- Assist with delivering guest requests, such as room service orders, room transfers, taxi requests.
- Keep public areas tidy and replenished throughout the day.
- Coordinate with reception and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Assist on reception duties when required.
