Job Summary:

Winsearch is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of assemblers, ensuring the successful installation of Air Handling Units and associated equipment at customer sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of assemblers and ensure the successful completion of site installations.
  • Carry out site surveys and assess site conditions to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Organize and plan materials and equipment requirements prior to site attendance.
  • Keep the office updated on site progress through regular phone call updates and progress photos.
  • Read, understand, and assist with Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Report and detail any outstanding or additional required works.
  • Perform fitting work as instructed by the Production Manager, if required.
  • Travel UK-wide and stay overnight when necessary, with meal allowances provided.

Requirements:
  • Must have mechanical assembly experience.
  • Must have a full UK driving license.
  • Must have an in-date CSCS card.
  • Must be able to travel UK-wide and stay overnight when required.
  • Ideally have mechanical engineering qualifications.
