Planning and Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Planner to join our Planning & Logistics team in Norwich. As a Planner, you will be responsible for providing both short and long-term planning and delivery for work scopes.
About the RoleThis 12-month PAYE contract position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with both onshore and offshore team members and provide a crucial link to operational planning.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic input into planning and delivery for work scopes.
- Ensure plans are fully populated and deliverable within planning constraints on resources and time.
- Coordinate only validated/approved requirements for offshore activities & liaise with engineers, vendors and offshore support.
- Administration of Attendance Tracking System (ATS) & Vantage for area being managed.
- Track NUI Planning activity.
- Liaise with Warehouse team for material shipping and readiness for the plan.
- Ensure contractor readiness to travel offshore in line with PUK policy and update Vantage.
- Liaise with HR and PUK medic regarding medicals completed for company staff.
- Raise any major changes or impacts to activities to Planning Team Leader.
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
