About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our Retail Marketing Team at Frasers Group. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of key marketing campaigns and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the organization and implementation of marketing campaigns, including in-store POS, promotional activity, and seasonal campaign launches.
- Support the Retail Marketing Team in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Ensure all store openings run smoothly, from pre-opening to post-opening support.
- Implement digital screen content updates to the retail estate and track changes in the Digital Screen Tracker document.
- Complete ad hoc tasks, including raising POs and invoicing, updating the marketing calendar, competitor activity tracking, and maintaining gift card quantities.
Requirements
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, supportive, and positive attitude with a committed and hardworking approach.
- Able to cope under pressure and work effectively towards deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- A proactive problem solver with a keen interest in and understanding of fashion and the retail industry.
- University degree or prior experience in a marketing function.
