Wargame Designer

Job Description:

At DataTech Analytics, we are seeking a skilled Wargame Designer to join our team. As a Wargame Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing wargames for kinetic military operations and conflict scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop manual wargames, including rule set creation and scenario development.
• Facilitate games and adjudicate outcomes based on rule sets.
• Provide qualitative analytical skills to interpret game outcomes and provide actionable insights.
• Develop expertise in defence strategies, military tactics, and historical conflicts.
• Creativity in game design and development to address complex customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Existing right to live and work in the UK.
• Current or ability to clear Security Clearance with the view to obtaining the highest level of security clearance once appointed to the role.
