Visual Merchandising Specialist

Job Overview
This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week at H&M Group. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and creating an environment that inspires our customers to explore their personal style.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will support the store to achieve a customer-first experience through creating a visual identity in line with H&M Group guidelines.
- You will support, coach, and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.
- You will ensure safety, security, and administration procedures are always followed.
- You will monitor Store KPIs and initiate actions to reach our business targets, goals, and budgets.
Requirements

- Visual Merchandising and management experience.
- A passion for profitability and people.
- A customer-first mindset.
Additional Information
This role requires flexibility, with a requirement to work 5 days a week, including weekends. The position is based in the Oxfordshire area.
